So I haven't posted in a while. Why is that you may ask, well my computer is dead. We are having a funeral for it tomorrow, and by funeral I mean I will probably throw it out the window screaming some profanities. So I'm posting this from the library before mi clase de espanol. Fun times I know. So now on to the post......
Yesterday I found out that President Bush was in Grapevine. Interesting I know, but how did I find out the news, my parents calling to tell me? No, talking about news in my spanish class. A girl said that Bush was on vacation and in Grapevine and that a couple of the major roads were shut down. Why does he have to do that, can he just not be happy with his big ass car, with motorcade. Thats all that I really need, maybe a few secret securtiy agents to keep the spys at bay, but whatever.
So today I was sitting in the living room eating some lunch before my study session at the library, when I look over at the lamp and what is on top of it? A lizard. Just sitting there doing nothing. That got me thinking, in East Texas there are a lot of lizards, I see them everywhere, EVERYWHERE, so why not start cooking them and serving them in the schools cafeteria. Seriously, that is a source of cheap meat. It might not be a lot of meat per animal, but people eat crawfish. There could be BBQs and contests to see who eats the most. It would be fun. Come on, don't shake your head like that. Well if you don't like that, what about cats, they are friggin' everywhere around here also. As long as they have been eating in the woods and not out of trashcans they should be pretty tasty. They are running and healthy. Think about it, the Chinesse do it all the time.
(I do not condone the eating of cats, only ALF is allowed to do that)
